Director

Branko Železnik has many years of experience in the field of capital markets. He started his career as a securities analyst in the brokerage companies continued his career as a manager of mutual funds and later as a consultant to companies. During his rich career, he also worked as a head of development at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, where, in addition to the general development of the domestic capital market, he co-created a market and exchange ecosystem for small and medium-sized companies.

Xenia Lazaridi has extensive experience in compliance, financial services, funds and regulatory compliance. She has worked as a head of Compliance in the Forex and Corporate industries, and she has substantial knowledge of the operational and regulatory requirements as well as the legislation which governs the operations of investment firms and alternative investment funds/managers in Cyprus and Europe.
